Seasons Fine Foods and Cookery School offers a wide range of cooking classes and workshops for all ages and skill level. Classes range from knife skills 101 to holiday cooking to ethnic cuisine from around the globe. A full listing of our upcoming classes can be viewed at seasonsfinefoods.com. All classes are $75/person (Plus HST) and run for 3 hours Tuesday and Thursdays from September 4, 2018 through to November 29, 2018.


Classes are taught by Certified Red Seal Chef Pat Forster in the fantastic kitchen at Seasons Fine Foods. Basic classes are denoted by ‘101’ as in Knife Skills 101. These classes are designed for anyone just learning the ropes or for those wanting to fine tune their skills. Classes include hands on instruction, recipes, tastings and guaranteed fun! Kindly inform us of any allergies when booking a class.


A minimum of 4 to a maximum of 8 students is required for each class. Classes cost $75 pp plus tax and must be paid at time of booking to secure your spot. If you cannot make the class, please send someone in your place. For inquiries please call 613-354-7557. Closed toe shoes must be worn.
