Students arrive to take a class full of wary excitement and then leave with new found friends and a mountain of culinary tips.
Join a class and you will see what everyone is talking about. Join in on one of the many scheduled classes
or grab some friends and choose a special night to get together to cook and learn and eat.
Classes are $75 plus tax per person for a 3 hour class in Seasons fabulous kitchen.
Recipes are included for you to take home to make again and again.

August 22, 2018 - Chocolate Discovery Workshop Hosted by Cocoa Bistro
We are proud to announce a second chocolate workshop in Napanee! Mark the 22nd of August on your calendar. Your ticket includes a guided tasting of chocolate from around the world, a hands-on chocolate tempering lesson, the creation of luscious confections - plus you get to take your creations home!

Knife Skills 101 - Being comfortable and skillful with a knife can change the way you cook and make your time in the kitchen more productive. Chef Pat will break down everything you need to know in detail, from knife anatomy, knife selection, how to hold a knife, sharpening, and many cutting and slicing techniques. Please bring your favourite knife.

Vegetarian Casseroles – Get creative with your veggies! Join us as we make Zucchini Custard, Spanakopita and layered Cheesy Potato Artichoke Bake. We will also talk about the best ways to grow vegetables for sustainability.

Bone Broth Basics 101 – Bone broth aka beef stock is the back bone (pun intended) of most soups and sauces. In this class we will discover the proper techniques to making the perfect nutritional stock. Good enough to drink!

Autumn Harvest – Enjoy the benefits of the harvest as we create mouth-watering delights including squash, Swiss chard and Brussel sprouts. Turn those unpopular vegetables into must haves! Pumpkin Fondue, Maple Bacon Sprouts with Apples and delicious Butternut Squash Ravioli are on the menu.

Pastry 101 - In preparation for the holiday season ahead you had best know how to make a good pastry. Chef Pat will show you how to get ’the touch’ for perfect flaky pastry. Please bring a rolling pin. How about some Butter Tarts while we are at it?!
